A thirty minute working session. Your offer comes first. Then the buyers we reach, how we judge a data source, the test that decides it, and one next step before we hang up.
For Dolores Bujku, Global Partnerships, ContactOut · Tuesday, November 3, 2026 · Working draft for discussion
A clear picture of your offer, an answer on how deep your data runs in our segment, and an agreed test. Nothing gets bought on this call. The test result decides.
The Chrome extension on LinkedIn and the search portal, for people on our team.
Email finder and enriched profile lookups, run in bulk from our own workflow.
Your MCP server, so an AI agent queries ContactOut directly.
An integration, referrals or co-selling, where each side brings customers to the other.
Our read of ContactOut's public product pages. Correct us where it is out of date.
A fixed four month build. Targeting, the buyer list, messaging, the sending setup, the CRM and the reply desk.
We run the unit live and prove it on booked conversations with real buyers.
At handover the client owns the domains, mailboxes, lists, reporting and playbook. Our clients keep the machine.
Every build starts with a verified list of the right decision makers. Our clients are mid-market US medical and pharma firms. If the email bounces or the mobile reaches the wrong person, nothing downstream works, however good the message is.
Your signature says "Find emails and phone numbers for 300M professionals." The number we care about is how many of them sit in this one slice, and how many of those come with a direct mobile.
| What we measure | What it means for us |
|---|---|
| Match rate on our sample | The share of our own target profiles that come back with a work email, and separately with a mobile. Overall database size does not enter into it. |
| Accuracy | Emails that verify and do not bounce. Mobiles that reach the named person, not a switchboard or a former employer. |
| Cost per contact found | What each usable email or mobile costs once misses are counted. Whether a lookup that finds nothing still uses a credit changes this number a lot. |
| Freshness | Whether the title and company are current. People in our segment change roles, and a stale record looks like a bad list. |
| Fit with our workflow | Bulk enrichment by LinkedIn URL, rate limits, asynchronous jobs, and a clean way to pull results into our own systems. |
Every source we use is held to the same measures, on the same kind of sample.
Our own target profiles in US medical and pharma, sent as LinkedIn URLs. Never a client's customers or staff. Size agreed on this call.
Each record checked against what we already hold and verified on its own. Work email found and valid, mobile found and correct, title current.
The result decides it. A strong result moves straight to terms. A weak one ends it cleanly, with no commitment on either side.
Our clients sell into regulated healthcare buyers. Data sourcing and opt-out answers are as important to them as match rate.
An integration, referrals, co-selling or a reseller arrangement? Who owns the customer relationship?
Do ContactOut users ask for outbound to be designed and run for them? How many of them are US medical or pharma firms?
ContactOut brings the data and its user base. ECG brings an outbound unit built, run and handed over to the client.
Data tells you who exists. It does not decide who is worth a conversation, write to them, follow up or route the reply. That second part is the work ECG does.
